A RARE opportunity has arisen to acquire a brand new bar and restaurant unit overlooking the first tee of the Carnoustie Championship Course.
Extending to approximately 3400 sq ft, including a 600 sq ft terrace, the new eatery will offer panoramic views over the Carnoustie links.
The new facility is expected to be in place and ready to open in April 2018 in time for the Open Championship, which will take place at Carnoustie next summer.
It forms part of a wider development by owner Carnoustie Links Management Committee, which has instructed CDLH to find a tenant for the bar restaurant.
Alan Creevy of CDLH said it presents a “fantastic opportunity for an experienced operator to take a lease on a first class bar/restaurant in a unique location”.
A guide rental of £45,000 per annum has been set for the unit.
