OVER 20 years since they first arrived on our shores, the Budweiser frogs are back.
Following the introduction of Bud Light to the UK last month, AB InBev has brought the frogs back to TV screens in a new ad described as a “lighter twist” on the original. The new advert, which uses CGI technology, includes a new character and updated phrase, ‘Bud Light Beer’.
Andre Finamore, Bud Light marketing manager, said: “The launch of Bud Light in the UK is one of AB InBev’s biggest ever brand campaigns; to celebrate this, we’re playing on the nostalgic elements of one of our most iconic and memorable ads, whilst also giving it a uniquely Bud Light twist.”
