A STIRLING hotel has come on to the books of property firm Christie & Co.
Situated in the town of Callander, the Crown Hotel is described as “a great base” from which to explore Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park; it’s also near the River Teith and the Rob Roy Visitor Centre.
The hotel comprises seven letting bedrooms, with a bar on the ground floor which currently offers entertainment at weekends; owner’s accommodations is also included in the sale.
Josh Hill of Christie & Co, which is marketing the hotel with a price tag of £495,000 for the freehold, said the business offers “great scope and potential for growth”.
