OPERATORS keen to make a move on the centre of Edinburgh might be interested in a Dublin Street unit which is up for sale.
Cornerstone Business Agents is marketing the leasehold interest of Stac Polly bar and restaurant on behalf of Roger Coulthard with a guide price of £250,000.
The venue currently comprises a bar on the ground floor and a basement restaurant which can seat up to 80.
Cornerstone director Barry McNeil said the business occupies a “prominent trading location”.
“The basement restaurant can seat parties of between 50 and 80 and offers a real traditional and authentic dining experience,” he said.
