Located on Ladywell East Road, Oscar’s Bar & Grill comprises a “well-established” bar and 80-cover restaurant.
The property is essentially split into three main public areas, including a 40-cover lounge bar, which is said to be fitted out to an “excellent standard” and feature both booth-style seating and movable furniture.
To the front of the restaurant is a contained private dining or meeting room which can cater for private functions or conferences.

Oscar’s is presented in walk-in condition.

Stuart Drysdale, associate director for Christie & Co’s Edinburgh office, who is handling the sale of Oscar’s Bar & Grill, said he expects a high level of interest in the property.
“Oscar’s would require very little capital expenditure by an incoming operator and as the business is fully-fitted and presented in a walk-in condition, someone with experience in the sector will be able to quickly make their mark in this busy catchment area,” he said.
The current owners are said to be looking to expand their portfolio and so have put Oscar’s on the market on a leasehold basis; an asking price of £75,000 is being sought for the leasehold.
