A NEW owner is being sought for a Bridge of Allan business.
Located just off the main A9 route, The Old Bridge Inn was taken over by current tenants, Christopher Peck and Simon and Laura Kerr, in early 2014; they transformed the then restaurant into the inn it is today.
The 300 year old property features an open-plan bar and restaurant area and a traditional bar servery.
Christie & Co’s Stuart Drysdale said the sale of the inn is a chance for an operator to take on a “well-established” business.
“We are looking for a new operator who would like to take on what is a very well-run and popular local attraction,” he said.
The leasehold is on the market with a price tag of ÂŁ25,000.
