A CAFÉ in Glasgow’s west end has a new owner at the helm after changing hands in a deal brokered by Christie & Co.
Located on Hyndland Road, Jelly Hill has a fully-opening frontage and canopied patio area; the venue is said to be popular with locals, including the area’s student population.
New owner Barbry Ltd, which is said to have “extensive experience” in the hospitality trade, said it plans to “refurbish the property but still keep its unique character and feel”.
Josh Hill of Christie & Co said: “We’re very excited by the new operator’s plans for the Jelly Hill. He has a wealth of experience and we’re certain that he will take the cafe from strength to strength.”
