Tomatin distillery has launched three new special edition releases, with each bottled at 46% ABV and matured in non-traditional casks.
The limited edition range comprises a 14 year old malt matured in Cabernet Sauvignon casks, a nine year old malt matured in Caribbean rum casks and a 21 year old dram matured in Oloroso sherry casks.
Stephen Bremner of Tomatin said the distillery is “constantly striving to experiment” with its whisky.
