A former eatery in Bannockburn has been given a new lease of life after changing hands in a deal brokered by The Restaurant Agency.
Previously operating as the New York Grand Cafe and Grill, which closed its doors last year, the unit is now home to outside catering firm Fresh. The property included full hot food consent as well as a large catering kitchen.
The new tenant, Adam Simpson, took on the site to expand the Fresh portfolio, and has since rebranded the site.
Alan Goldie, director at The Restaurant Agency, said: “The size of the commercial kitchen lends itself to a large takeaway/ restaurant offering and [has] plenty room for outside catering which matched perfectly [with] the needs of Adam Simpson and his business requirements.”
The lease was sold for £25,000.
