Who will take the crown?

Kingarroch-Inn

A Country pub in the Kingdom of Fife has come onto the market after 40 years under the same ownership.
The Kingarroch Inn in Craigrothie, which has been run by Ian Smith for the last four decades, comprises a public bar, two dining areas, a new commercial kitchen and a beer garden; there’s also a detached family-sized cottage.
Barry McNeil of Cornerstone said the inn is “sure to be of interest to those with a serious interest in food”.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for those with experience to acquire a neat and tidy business with easy entry into the licensed trade,” he said.
A new lease is available for a premium of £20,000 with an annual rental of £29,400 to include the rental of the cottage.
