A RESTAURANT business in what’s described as a discreet yet well-known trading location has come onto the books of property firm Cornerstone.
Located on the outskirts of Dunfermline close to the M90, The Hideaway can accommodate 100 covers across three separate areas.
There is also an adjacent house which is used as owner’s accommodation.
Currently operating on “very purposely limited opening hours”, there is said to be immediate scope for new owners to extend the trading hours and increase the venue’s turnover.
A spokesperson for Cornerstone described The Hideaway as a “highly successful restaurant and bar operating with a very impressive turnover and profit level”.
