All change for Isle of Skye guest house business

NEW owners are at the helm of a guest house business on the Isle of Skye that was sold through property firm Bruce & Co.

The guest house boasts spectacular views of the loch and mountains.

The Tables Guest House is located in the centre of the village of Dunvegan in the north west of the island.
Described as a “charming” property, the guest house occupies an elevated position with views across Loch Dunvegan to MacLeod’s Tables mountains.

It comprises four en suite guest bedrooms and one bedroom with a private bathroom.
Two-bedroom owner’s accommodation was also included in the sale.
The guest house was sold on behalf of Mr and Mrs Henderson who had owned the business for the past ten years and decided to retire from the trade.
Safa Sultan, sales manager at Bruce & Co, said the property generated a high level of interest and nine viewings before it was sold to Janet Farrell and Stuart Wilson on a freehold basis.
“We were anticipating a high level of interest for this business, as it provided potential buyers with an excellent lifestyle opportunity, which still has plenty of potential,” said Sultan.
“I wish Mr and Mrs Henderson all the best for the future, and look forward to seeing what the buyers have in store for their new acquisition.”
