An eatery on the south side of Edinburgh is on the market with an updated asking price.
Situated in Newington, Hellers Kitchen is now being marketed as “offers invited” for the leasehold by property firm The Restaurant Agency.
The 50-cover eatery is said to have been upgraded to a high standard by current owners Richard and Michelle Heller, who have operated the restaurant for the past eight years.
Alan Goldie, director of The Restaurant Agency, said the business attracts a mix of locals and visitors staying in nearby hotels and B&Bs.
“This is an excellent opportunity to snap up a popular restaurant in a desirable suburb, particularly well-fitted throughout and requiring minimal capital expenditure on entry as it has been upgraded to a high standard during our clients’ eight-year tenancy,” he said.
