EAST Lothian restaurant and café Archerfield Walled Garden has a new director of operations.
Ross McGregor, who has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 17 years, including as general manager of Tigerlily in Edinburgh, will be tasked with strengthening the offer at the Walled Garden, which is located in the Archerfield Estate.
“I am very honoured to be joining Archerfield Walled Garden at an exciting stage in the business’s development,” said McGregor.
