The 69-cover Drumlanrig Cafe & Restaurant is set over two levels, with the fish and chip shop accessed via a separate entrance.
The business, which is said to generate “fantastic turnover and a good gross profit”, was established by the current owner’s family in 1929.
In a statement Hilton Smythe said: “This is an excellent opportunity for a new owner to acquire this already thriving business.”
Offers in the region of £99,950 are sought for the leasehold interest; there’s also a three-bedroom flat which is available by separate negotiation.
