OPERATORS looking for a Glasgow city centre site might be interested in the leasehold for European restaurant Ember, which has come onto the market.
The leasehold for the Sauchiehall Street premises is being marketed by property firm Christie & Co with a price tag of £35,000.
Citing the eatery’s location, Christie & Co’s Josh Hill said Ember is an “ideal business for someone looking to purchase their first restaurant within a busy nightlife circuit”.
“The area around Sauchiehall Street is well known for its bars and restaurants, and any new operator taking over this lease will be given the opportunity to build upon a successful restaurant business in a high footfall area,” said Hill.
