THE owner of The Killoch Bar in Neilston has put the pub on the market after 35 years behind the bar.
Marketed through property agents Christie & Co, the pub is located on the main street in Neilston, East Renfrewshire.
Having run The Killoch for over three decades, the current owner now wishes to retire and “pass on the reins to a fresh pair of hands”.
Said to benefit from a “well-established customer base”, the pub has a beer garden and a large kitchen should the new owner wish to expand into the food business.
Josh Hill of Christie & Co said the sale of the bar presents the opportunity to “capitalise on the hard work of the outgoing owner” and expand the business.
Offers in the region of £200,000 are being sought for the freehold.
