A bed and breakfast business in Inverness-shire is up for sale.
Marketed by McEwan Fraser Legal, Cnoc-na-Faire in Arisaig previously traded as a hotel before the current owners, who are now selling in order to retire from the trade, changed the business model to bed and breakfast.
Occupying an elevated position, Cnoc-na-Faire is said to offer “impressive” views of the sea and Isle of Skye.
The property comprises six en suite guest bedrooms, a dining room, lounge and bar, as well as a summer house in the gardens; there’s also owner’s accommodation.
McEwan Fraser Legal said Cnoc-na-Faire occupies an “excellent position for tourist business”.
Offers over ÂŁ699,500 are sought for the business.
