The owners of a French bistro in Edinburgh have put the business on the market through licensed property agent Cornerstone.
Currently operating as Bistro Provence, the eatery is on Leith’s Commercial Quay.
The property currently comprises a bar and 40-cover restaurant area, but there is said to be scope to extend the seating capacity by converting the bar area.
Barry McNeil, director of Cornerstone, said the premises lends itself to a “variety of different international cuisines”.
“The availability of this high profile space within a busy trading location like Leith should be of interest to a variety of different operators,” he said.
A guide price of ÂŁ40,000 has been set for the leasehold interest.
