New owners check in

An Edinburgh guest house has new owners at the helm after changing hands in a deal brokered by licensed property agents Colliers International.

Located on Ferry Road, Heriott Park Guest House was sold by experienced operators Stewart Thom and Gary Turner to Mr and Mrs Sanjeev Kapoor for an undisclosed sum said to be close to the £1.25 million asking price.
The guest house, which spans two Edwardian villas, comprises 16 letting bedrooms, a breakfast dining room and private owner’s accommodation.
