The firm behind Edinburgh Gin has unveiled its second distillery in the capital.
Located in a former biscuit factory in Leith, the new distillery will produce Edinburgh Gin’s core range of Original, Cannonball and Seaside Gin.
Alex Nicol , co-founder of Edinburgh Gin, said the new facility will quadruple production capacity.
“With the science and art of distilling at our core, we are energised that the spirit of Leith lives on at our new biscuit factory distillery,” he said.
