Operators looking to snap up a freehold in Edinburgh might be interested in The Fountain, which is being marketed by property agents Cornerstone.
Located in the city’s Fountainbridge area, the bar and restaurant is being sold on behalf of The Shilling Group, which refurbished and relaunched the once traditional bar in 2012.
The business is said to generate “exceptional turnover with an equally impressive profit level”.
Barry McNeil, director of Cornerstone who is handling the sale, said The Fountain combines a “sleek and contemporary interior with a premium spirit, wine and beer offering”.
The business is now on the market with a guide price of £1.35 million set for the freehold.
