Two Inverness guest houses have recently changed hands in deals brokered by property firm ASG Commercial.
Oakvilla Guest House and Dionard Guest House were both sold after attracting a high level of interest, according to ASG marketing director Jackie MacGregor.
Oakvilla has been run by the current owners for more than 25 years and features six letting bedrooms, while Dionard Guest House also has six individually-decorated rooms.
ASG Commercial said both properties had a “high standard of décor and both traded with a healthy profit”.
