Brewer, pub company and wholesaler Greene King has overhauled its online ordering system in a bid to simplify the process for operators.
The launch of the new system for pub tenants and lessees has come after what the company claims is a “substantial investment”.
As well as enabling licensees to order beer from Greene King itself, hundreds of products from other suppliers are also available through the system.
With a third of its tenants still on the old system, including Belhaven lessees in Scotland, managing director for Greene King, Clive Chesser, said that the aim of the new system is “to make ordering from us as quick, simple and easy as possible”.
“We know operators want to spend more time front of house running their business and less time on the administration, and this system has been designed to help them do just that,” said Chesser.
