The Failte B&B in the popular tourist town of Oban has been sold in a deal brokered by property agency Smith & Clough.
Comprising of three letting rooms, a breakfast/dining room and spacious owner’s accommodation, the B&B is also said to have potential for future expansion to allow for further business growth.
The property also benefits from its location on Rockfield Road, which is just minutes from the town centre and the Cal Mac ferry terminal, as well as the town’s main tourist landmark: McCaigs Tower.
Graeme Smith, who handled the sale, said the property has traded well and added that he is confident it “will continue to do so under the new ownership”.
