The leasehold for what’s described as a “deceptively spacious” corner site in Leith has come onto the books of property firm Seymour & Clink.
The former Halfway House, which is located in a residential area, comprises 66.5 square metres of public space on the ground floor and a large beer cellar.
Peter Seymour of Seymour & Clink Ltd, who is marketing the leasehold, described the property as “an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator to grow a business”.
