McMillan’s Emporium in Glasgow’s west end is to be relaunched as a new bar restaurant after the premises changed hands.
Brendan Gaffney acquired the leasehold for the unit in a deal brokered by property agent Smith & Clough on behalf of previous owner Scott McMillan, who established McMillan’s in 2005.
Gaffney is set to relaunch the premises as The Broom Hill.
Jonathan Clough, of Smith & Clough Business Associates, said: “The sale attracted high levels of interest from the outset from both bar and restaurant operators, with multiple offers being received.”
