The leasehold for a restaurant in the heart of Edinburgh’s west end has come onto the market.
Currently trading as the Cantonese cuisine-focused China Town, the Atholl Place outlet is being marketed by commercial agency CDLH as a premises which benefits from a high volume of passing trade.
The venue comprises a ground floor restaurant which can accommodate approximately 70 covers, a basement function restaurant, and a bar with the capacity for around 30 covers; there’s also a general store, wine store and manager’s office.
