Strathearn Distillery has officially launched its gin, two years after production started.
The new spirit was unveiled at 56 North in Edinburgh on November 10 and has three distinct finishes: Heather Rose, Classic and Oaked Highland. The official launch came two years after production started due to “initial demand” for the gin.
Strathearn Distillery’s Stuart McMillan said: “The range offers true uniqueness within the artisan gin market both in terms of their characteristics, flavours and their colours.”
