There’s an opportunity for an operator to lease a restaurant in a prominent location in Edinburgh.
Caffe e Cucina in Morningside is described as being in “an established trading location” in the heart of the area’s shopping district.
The lease runs until 2021 with an option to extend it to 2036. Property firm The Restaurant Agency is marketing the leasehold for offers over £115,000.
Alan Goldie, director of The Restaurant Agency, said it offers “a superb opportunity for new or established operators to acquire a popular business in a stunning location”.
The agency claims the restaurant has a net weekly turnover of more than £9000.
