A City centre guest house in Inverness has changed hands in a deal brokered by commercial property agency Bruce & Co.
Glenrossie Guest House is a four letting room business comprising two triple en suite rooms, one large en suite double room and one single room with access to a private bathroom.
The semi-detached sandstone property also has owner’s accommodation.
The selling agent said the Victorian property has been modernised at “various periods” over the years.
Bruce & Co said the property attracted eight viewings and five offers; the property firm reported the final sale price of the guest house as £260,000 for the freehold.
