AYR Racecourse got a nose ahead of the competition this month when it picked up a first prize at the National Racecourse Catering Awards.
The racecourse topped the Best Casual Dining Experience category and chef de cuisine Paul Cuthbert and chef Sam Shields were on hand to pick up the award at a ceremony held at Royal Windsor Racecourse.
Ayr Racecourse MD David Brown said the award “shows the regard in which our hospitality at Ayr is held”.
