The Dalmellington Inn in the town of Dalmellington, Ayrshire, has changed hands in a deal brokered by Bruce & Co.
The public house was marketed as a wet-led, popular business with “huge scope for growth” for a buyer willing to introduce a food offer.
The property is said to have received five viewings and three offers before the freehold was sold for ÂŁ170,000.
The sale of the pub included a four bedroom owner’s accommodation.
Safa Sultan, sales negotiator at Bruce & Co, said the firm was “really pleased that we have come to the end of a successful completion”.
“I wish everyone involved in the sale all the best for the future,” said Sultan.
