The sales include Shelterstone in Aviemore, Craigside Lodge Guest House in Inverness, Inverour Guest House in Spean Bridge, Tigh-Na-Cheo Guest House in Kinlochleven and Balloch Guest House on the Isle of Skye.
Jackie MacGregor, marketing director at ASG Commercial, said the geographic split of the sales shows that interest in hospitality properties is not restricted to one region. The properties also attracted enquiries from a wide area and overseas, she said.
“We are noting interested parties coming from across the UK with a high level of enquiries from overseas purchasers,” said MacGregor.
“Likewise buyers are coming from all walks of life and have varying experience levels within the hospitality sector; some have previously worked within the sector, others are entirely new to the trade.”
