An Edinburgh cafe business has changed hands in a deal brokered by Bruce & Co.
The Bake House is said to have experienced steady growth in the past four years, attracting both locals and tourists. Described as “well-maintained and presented”, the 25-cover unit is said to have offered scope for futher growth.
Bruce & Co said it received “high levels of interest”, leading to 15 viewings and five offers before the leasehold deal was completed.
Jayne Adamson, sales manager at Bruce & Co, said: “I am really pleased that we have come to the end of a successful sale.”
