A SNOOKER club which once operated as a cinema is said to offer scope for development by a new owner.
The Art Deco-style Ambassador Snooker Club in the Fife town of Leven is said to have a premises licence and nightclub consent.
Barry McNeil of Cornerstone, which is marketing the property, said: “This is a very exciting licensed trade business opportunity which is sure to appeal to a number of different buyers.
“The Ambassador Snooker Club is somewhat of a landmark in Leven town centre for its Art Deco-style interior and exterior. The property was formerly the local cinema and extends to some 10,000 square feet.”
Cornerstone is marketing the freehold with a guide price of £150,000; a leasehold agreement may also be considered, it said.
