A corner coffee shop in the village of Kilmacolm, in Renfrewshire, has changed hands.
Java Minute currently trades as a daytime business with indoor and outdoor seating.
It occupies a prominent corner trading position on Drumpellier Place within the centre of the village.
Smith and Clough Business Associates, which handled the sale, said the business attracted strong levels of interest from operators and investors.
The eventual buyer of the property was businessman Tom Jenkins.
Jonathan Clough of Smith and Clough said: “We are delighted to have sold Java Minute which represented a rare opportunity to purchase a freehold business within the affluent village of Kilmacolm.
“We are currently experiencing unprecedented demand for cafes, coffee shops and sandwich takeaways.”
