Village coffee shop is in new hands

A corner coffee shop in the village of Kilmacolm, in Renfrewshire, has changed hands.

Java Minute currently trades as a daytime business with indoor and outdoor seating.

It occupies a prominent corner trading position on Drumpellier Place within the centre of the village.

Smith and Clough Business Associates, which handled the sale, said the business attracted strong levels of interest from operators and investors.

The eventual buyer of the property was businessman Tom Jenkins.
