Fasque House joins hotels such as Cromlix, Inverlochy Castle and Greywalls under the management of ICMI.

The 19th century property, which is set in a 400-acre country estate, reopened two years ago following an £11 million refurbishment by owners Douglas and Heather Dick-Reid. The house has 19 bedrooms, a great hall, drawing room and dining room.

ICMI managing director Norbert Lieder said the property’s “stunning architecture, luxurious interiors and unique offer” mean it is a “perfect fit” for the company.

“Under ICMI’s management Fasque will now benefit from our vast experience in running luxury venues,  ability to recruit and retain the best staff, marketing contacts and buying power,” he said. “We have long expressed our desire to manage properties in Aberdeenshire and look forward to working with a local business of such unique quality.”
