Restaurateurs seeking to move into Edinburgh might be interested in premises near the Royal Mile which have come onto the market.
Property firm Cornerstone is marketing Stac Polly on St Mary’s Street on behalf of Roger Coulthard of Stac Polly Restaurants; offers over £99,000 are being sought for the leasehold.
Cornerstone’s Barry McNeil said the sale represents an opportunity to acquire a “well-presented business in a tremendous trading location”. “The business benefits from an immaculate interior and the property would certainly lend itself to a variety of different international cuisines,” said McNeil.
