Old Cross gets new owners

A Perthshire inn has changed hands in a deal brokered by Smith & Clough. Blairgowrie’s Old Cross Inn was sold on behalf of Liam and Claire Leask, who owned it for eight years.

The couple are said to have added four en suite letting bedrooms to the bar and restaurant; the property also has a decked beer garden.  Graeme Smith of Smith & Clough said: “The Old Cross Inn will be a welcome addition for the new owners as it is already a very established and well-presented property with scope to increase trade and we wish them all the success in the future.”
