A Scottish firm of chocolatiers has launched a new company to cater for bespoke commissions for hotels and restaurants.
Stuart & Swan Chocolatiers formerly traded under the name Hello Chocolate and supplied a range of delis, farm shops and independent retail outlets with handmade chocolates, before going on to provide bespoke products for five-star hotels in Edinburgh and Fife.
Head chocolatier and founder of the company, Gill Lyth, said: “Clients can get exactly what they want. We can print on the boxes or keep them plain; we are now able to offer different sizes of packaging.
“Our imagination knows no limits now.”
