A west coast accommodation business with a capacity for 32 guests has changed hands in a deal brokered by Colliers International.
Corran Bunkhouse, located adjacent to the slipway from the Corran Ferry to Ardgour at Loch Linnhe, comprises 12 en suite bedrooms across two bunkhouses as well as a detached two-bedroom house.
Alistair Letham, a director at Colliers International, described the Corran Bunkhouse as a “quintessential lifestyle business” that is “ideal for resident owners”.
The bunkhouse was sold for an undisclosed sum from an asking price of £585,000.
