EXPERIENCED operators from Edinburgh have snapped up an inn close to the home of golf in a deal brokered by property firm Cornerstone.
The Barns Inn in Kingsbarns, near St Andrews, was sold for an undisclosed sum from an asking price of £350,000 on behalf of Oxford Hotels & Inns Ltd.
The business comprises a bar, restaurant, breakfast room/snug and four en suite bedrooms.
A spokesman for Cornerstone commented: “We are delighted to have secured the successful sale of The Barns Inn.
“The pub market in Fife is showing signs of steady growth and buyer confidence returning.”
