MACDONALD Hotels & Resorts has appointed Keith Shearer as group executive chef.
Shearer, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, including developing the food and beverage offer at Malmaison and Hotel du Vin, will work alongside the hotel group’s chefs to “create an even stronger guest experience” across its portfolio of hotels.
