A restaurant in Edinburgh’s west end has come onto the books of licensed trade property firm Cornerstone.
Wannaburger on Queensferry Street is available from a guide price of £150,000 for the leasehold interest. The business has been operating under the current owners since 2007.
A spokesman for Cornerstone commented: “We expect high levels of interest in this business, not only because of its excellent trading location but the potential that this business still has to deliver.
“We believe the brand has serious trading longevity allowing new owners to concentrate on developing and enhancing the brand further.”
