The Black Bull, in the village of Lowick, is currently closed but latterly traded as a country pub with letting accommodation.
It comprises a public bar and bistro, lounge bar/snug and restaurant. The property has up to five bedrooms which can be used as letting accommodation; there’s also a further two bedrooms for owner’s accommodation.
Selling agent Seymour & Clink said the property has a large car park and outdoor seating area.
The freehold interest of the pub is on the market with a price tag of £250,000.
