THE firm behind French sparkling wine brand Luc Belaire has launched a new limited edition bottle complete with a “glowing” gold label.
Luc Belaire Brut Fantôme, which is available through distributor Cellar Trends from this month, is described as a limited-production edition of the “elegant” Chardonnay, with a luminescent label which “makes a glowing statement after dark”.
The latest addition to Luc Belaire’s Fantôme line, which takes its name from the French for “phantom”, Brut Fantôme is said to contain Luc Belaire’s “signature effervescent Brut blend”, produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes in Burgundy by fifth and sixth generation winemakers.
The wine is described as a “refreshing and crisp, crystalline sparkler”, with a light, dry taste profile and aromas of white flowers, peach, lemon and grapefruit; while the gold label is designed to “echo the golden bubbles in each glass of Luc Belaire Brut Fantôme”.
