AN Edinburgh restaurant close to the capital’s university has come onto the market.
Cornerstone Business Agents is handling the sale of Kurdish restaurant Nawroz on the corner of Potterow and Marshall Street.
The 100-cover premises, which is being marketed with a price tag of £150,000 for the leasehold interest, is said to be in a “prime” position.
“The restaurant occupies an excellent trading location to capture passing trade, student trade, as well as visitors to the Edinburgh Festival in August,” said selling agent Cornerstone.
“The restaurant can accommodate 100 covers and it is our opinion that it would suit a variety of different types of international cuisine.”
