RESTAURANT group Cook and Indi’s World Buffet has opened its biggest outlet to date in Glasgow.

The firm, which operates venues in Bishopbriggs, Darnley, Hamilton, Johnstone and Glasgow city centre, unveiled its new 200-cover restaurant in the former Harry Ramsden’s unit at Springfield Quay.

Indi Singh, who founded the company with Cook Gill, said: “A live grill features everything from piri piri chicken to BBQ beef burgers – whilst the heritage of the site is acknowledged by the creation of a special ‘Harry’s Fish & Chips’ counter.”
