INDEPENDENT bottler Wemyss Malts has unveiled a new selection of single cask Scotch whiskies.
The new collection features single cask releases from Bunnahabhain, Bowmore, Aberfeldy, Craigellachie, Linkwood and Invergordon distilleries as selected by the Wemyss Malts tasting panel under the supervision of whisky writer Charlie Maclean.
William Wemyss, founder and managing director of Wemyss Malts, said the firm is “delighted to introduce another excellent selection of single casks”.
“We’ve selected a Bunnahabhain sherry butt to be bottled at cask strength in this release named Kirsch Gateau after its rich mahogany colour and palate of tempting dark chocolate and liqueur-soaked cherries,” he said. Â
